How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Wit Premium subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Wit Premium → Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How does the AI analyze my messages?

When you submit a message or screenshot, our AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) analyzes the tone, interest level, and context. It then generates personalized reply suggestions in three styles: safe, bold, and playful. Your messages are processed in real-time and are not used to train AI models.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. We use TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest for stored data, and conduct regular security audits. Your conversation history is automatically deleted after 90 days. We never sell your personal data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

What's the difference between free and premium?

Free users get 5 AI reply suggestions, 2 screenshot analyses, and 3 opener generations per day, plus access to mini-games. Premium gives you unlimited analyses, all 5 coach personalities, all tone styles, conversation memory, bio optimizer, photo ranking, and priority responses.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data through the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, contact support@witdating.app and we'll process your request within 48 hours.

Can I change my coach personality?

Yes! Wit offers 5 AI personalities: Bestie, Hype Man, Tough Love, Smooth Talker, and Wingman. You can switch between them anytime in your profile settings. Each personality gives advice in a different style to match your vibe.

I'm having a technical issue. What should I do?

First, try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If it's still not working, contact support@witdating.app with a description of the issue and your device model/iOS version.
